On the inadequacy of illegal evidence exclusion

Abstract
Although the enforcement of regulations for illegal evidence exclusion is great progress in criminal procedural system,there are still flaws in the definition of illegal verbal evidence,the procedure of illegal evidence exclusion,and burden of proof and standard of proof.This article discusses these questions mentioned above in order to supply some suggestions for perfecting the regulations in the future.
