On Programming and Scope of the Exclusion of Illegal Evidence

The new Criminal Procedure Law modified many aspects about the evidence system,made clear provisions on the scope and procedures of the illegal evidence exclusion,absorbed the essence of the Rules of Evidence in Handling Death Penalty Cases and the Rules to Elimination Illegal Evidence.The new Criminal Procedure Law detailed and improved the laws and judicial interpretations on illegal evidence exclusion rules in many respects,including the exclusion of illegal evidence standard,the scope,the program,as well as the proof of evidence legitimacy,etc.
