Effect of Several Factors on the Proliferation of Gerbera Adventitious Bud

Abstract
The effect of the combination of 6-BA,NAA with CC and GA_3,sucrose with agar on the proliferation and development of Gerbera adventitious bud were studied.The result showed that combinations of 6-BA 3 mg/L, NAA 0.3 mg/L with CC 3 mg/L and GA_3 0.5 mg/L,sucrose 40 g/L with agar 6 g/L had the best effects on the proliferation and development of adventitious bud.The proliferation rate was the largest and the adventitious buds were strong on these two media,which were the most suitable for the proliferation and development of adventitious bud.
