New Curriculum and the Reconstruction of Teacher Culture

Abstract

Teacher culture,including the integrity of common thinking way,value orientation,attitude inclination and behavior standard,is of great significance in the new curriculum reform.To reconstruct teacher culture,we should try to carry on following principles: first,teacher role should be changed from instrument man to aim man;second,teachers should cooperate with each other instead of being isolated;finally,school management should be democratic and humanized.
