The nursing care of therapeutic tanK immersion therapy in the treatment of residual burn wounds

Objective:To explore the nursing efficacy oftherapeutic tank immersion therapy in the treat-ment of residual burn wounds.Methods:48 patients with residual burn wounds were randomly divided into the immersion group(n=24)and the control group(n=24),the immersion group received immersion bath every two or three days,then disinfected with iodophors after bathing,covered with shi-huang oil gauze with semi-exposed method,and Fibroblast Grow Factor 2(rb-FGF2)spray once per day;the control group covered with iodophors gauze in semi-exposed way after disinfected with iodophors,To compare the recov-ery rate andthe surgery survival rate between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment(20 days).Re-sults:The recovery rate and the surgery survival rate in the immersion group were obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion:Therapeutic tank immersion therapy combined shi-huang oil gauze and rb-FGF2 is effective and safe on the residual burn wounds.
