Abstract
Educational legislation is significant to the development of education sector. However, the problems in current education legal system, such as lacking of theoretical support, systematic approach and solid content etc, which certai nly can not meet the practical demands of education. Therefore, this paper tries to put forward some essential principles and the integrative program to improve the legal system so as to arouse the attention and discussion in our academic c ommunity.
