On the Legal System to Ensure Quality Education

At present,there are still many obstacles to the development of quality education,such as a single concept of success,exam-oriented education system,unreasonable distribution of educational resources and so on.In order to get rid of the obstacles,we need the whole nation's force to ensure.So the quality education must be applied in a legal form.Though the Compulsory Education Law had stated the principle of quality education,at this stage we should build a legal system of quality education.
