On a Way out of Practical Legal Education

Abstract

To train legal talented persons who can satisfy the demand of social development,practical legal education should be directed by social requirements.In our country,the main difficulties of practical legal education are formalism and insufficient understanding to practice.However,it is significant that practical legal education is directed by theories of social requirements because satisfying social requirements is the way out of practical legal education.
