Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of treatment for acne vulgaris by using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: The cure rate and skin lesion were investigated on the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group (52 cases) and Tretinoin cream/Gel, 0.05% treatment group (46 cases). Results: The cure rate and skin lesion changes in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly higher than that in Tretinoin Cream/Gel, 0.05% treatment group ( P0.05, P 0.01, respectively). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is a good method to treat acne.
