Clinical study on Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment Acne Conglobata

Abstract

Objective To study the effect in treatment acne Conglobata with traditional Chinese and western medicine together.Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (34 patients) and the western medicine control group (32 patients) .Chinese and western medicine treatment group was treated with tradition chinese medicine,Combinated with DDS and viaminate capsule.The western medicine control group was treated only with DDS and viaminate capsules.Results The total effective rate of Chinese Combine western medicine treatment group were 41.18%and 88.24%.Obvious higher than that of western medicine control group (12.5%and59.38%) after treating three weeks and six weeks.The difference shows significance (P0.05).Conclusion It is one way that treating polymer acne with Chinese and western medicine.It is the worth to clinical practice.
