Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating acne vulgaris. Methods From June 2009 to February 2012,186 cases of patients with acne vulgaris from Longgang District Buji People's Hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group by simple randomization: the observation group used comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group used conventional therapy which was oral Viaminate Capsules combined with external application of vitamin A acid cream,there were 93 cases in each group and their treatment effect was compared. Results After treatment the rash total score and TCM total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( t = 11. 23,4. 74,P 0. 05),the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( u = 2284. 50,P 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine therapy can achieve the goal of thorough cure,which is worthy of clinical application.
