Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with ambroxol in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 386 cases children with bronchial pneumonia were selected as research object. Basic treatment included anti-bacterial, anti-viral and oxygen were taken by 180 cases of group A. Basic treatment combined with budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation were taken by 206 cases of group B. The clinical efficacy was then compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 78.89%, and 93.20% was group B. The difference had statistical significance(χ2=16.89,P0.01). Cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, shortness of breath disappearance time, temperature normal time and hospital stay of group B were significantly shorter than group A. The difference had statistical significance(P0.05). During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol had a good efficacy in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical application.
