Abstract
Objective To evaluate the possibility of intraoperative blood autologous transfusion in spinal anterior approach.and to decrease the volume and complications of bank-blood transfusion. Methods Intraoperative Autologous Blood Transfusion was performed in 70 patients′ surgery by using ZITI-2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System.Routine and biochemical blood tests were examined before and after operation. Results Mean 620.50ml blood was collected by Blood Recovery System in 70 patients, routine and biochemical blood tests were normal after operation compare to the control group. Conclusion Intraoperative blood autologous transfusion is very useful and effective for decrease of blood lost and volume of bank-blood transfusion during spinal anterior approach.
