Application of autologous blood transfusion in spinal surgery

Objective: To investigate the autologous blood transfusion in spinal surgery application.Methods: 30 cases of surgery in patients undergoing spinal surgery blood transfusion by the autologous blood transfusion machine 2000,while the tests preoperative and postoperative blood routine,serum electrolytes of patients were observed.Results: By routine blood test measuring,the ratio of red blood cell recovery got more than 90%,all patients recovered uneventfully,without transfusion reactions,no infections,blood collection good effect.Allogeneic blood transfusion Flee got 100%,no significant changes in serum electrolytes.Conclusion: In the lumbar spine surgery,more blood was lost,the application of autologous blood transfusion can effectively reduce blood loss and allogeneic blood transfusion,which saves the blood,and reduce the adverse effects of allogeneic blood transfusion.
