Abstract

Objective To observe the anaesthesia effect and safety of Lidocaine nebulization inhalation combined with general anesthesia in Painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy test and therapy. Methods 48 patients who will accept painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly divided into aerosol inhalation of surface anesthetic + general anesthesia group (the observation group) and spray surface anesthetic + general anesthesia group (the control group). The observation group were treated with 2% lidocaine ultrasound atomization inhalation before the examination, while the control group were treated with 2% lidocaine upper respiratory tract spray. Both groups were treated with compound Propofol and fentanyl intravenous general anesthesia while the examination. Then observe the change of the intraoperative choke cough situation, pulse, oxyhemoglobin saturation, blood pressure, heart rate etc. The dosage of Propofol and the satisficing of anesthesia effect graded by the fiberoptic bronchoscopy operator was recorded. Results Severe cough cases, oxyhemoglobin saturation reduced , blood pressure and heart rate rose cases in the observation group are less than that in control group (P ≤ 0.05).Propofol dosages were lower than those of the control group (P≤0.05).the satisficing of anesthesia effect graded by the fiberoptic bronchoscopy operator was higher than the control group (P≤ 0.05).The difference has statistics significance. Conclusion Before the treatment of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy , aerosol inhalation lidocaine as surface anaesthesia and combined with general anesthesia, which has better relative stability of cardiovascular system and oxyhemoglobin saturation, and reduce the dosage of intravenous anesthesia, also improve the satisficing of fiberoptic bronchoscopy operator in process of examination. It is safe and effective in clinical application.
