Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lidocaine combined with propofol on painless bronchoscopy. Methods 72 cases that underwent bronchoscopy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with lidocaine topical anesthesia,and the observation group was applied with lidocaine topical anesthesia combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia. The patient's reactive symptoms were observed and the vital signs were recorded. The safety of the method was also evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation and respiratory and other indicators between the two groups before anesthesia( P 0. 05). After the treatment,the improvement of blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation degree and respiratory and other indicators was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Lidocaine combined with propofol on painless bronchoscopy shows good sedative effect and high safety.
