Abstract

Object To investigate the application value of intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy.Method 100 patients who had bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 2005 to March 2010 were selected for the study.100 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients.Observation group had intravenous anesthesia and control group had inhalation anesthesia. Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences observed in the observation group(P0.05).The intraoperative anesthetic conditions and monitoring vital signs of observation group were better than the control group. Conclusion The application of painless intravenous anesthesia in bronchoscopy examination can ensure the smooth of operation and it safe, efficient, and has adverse reactions.
