Abstract
Objective: To research the scientific teaching mode of clinical nursing and improve the teaching quality.Methods: 46 nursing students in ENT department during January to August in 2009 were randomly divided into researching group and control group.Pathway teaching was used in researching group and traditional method was used in control group.The two groups were compared by examination at the end of studying.Results: The researching group was significantly better than the control group in theory,operation skill,comprehensive quality and satisfaction of teachers.Conclusion: Pathway teaching is helpful to improving learning activeness,clinical teaching quality,teaching pathway standard,satisfaction of teaching and teachers' comprehensive quality.
