Abstract
Objective: To explore the status of clinical pathway in the neurosurgery nursing teaching and evaluate teaching quality effects of it.Method: 120 interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopted traditional teaching method, observation group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method, compared teaching effects of two groups.Result: The results of observation group which used clinical pathway was much better than control group's in the grade index, the degree of satisfaction to teachers and all-round ability testing,There's statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion: Clinical pathway can improve the quality of teaching and the degree of satisfaction to teachers, promote the skills of teachers and their students.
