The research of nursing performance management in basic hospital

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of nursing performance management on the nursing staff satisfaction and the quality of work in basic hospital.Methods: A nursing performance management system was practiced.The satisfaction of the nursing staff and the nursing qualities were compared before and after performance management.Results: After using the performance management,there were significant improvements in all the assessment indexes(P0.05).Conclusion: The application of nursing performance system can improve the overall nursing quality and nursing staff satisfaction in basic hospital.It is worth promoting in basic hospital.
