Abstract
Objective:To establish a detemination method for Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Safflower Dropping Pills. Methods:The content of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Safflower Dropping Pills was determined and seperated by HPLC,with methyl-Acetonitrile-0.003 32‰ phosphoric acid(20:2:78,v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.9ml/min,room temperature and with the UV detective wave length of 403 nm.Results:The standard curve for Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed a linear correlation in the range of 0.062 0~0.310 0μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),the average recovery was 98.08% and RSD was 1.69%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Safflower Dropping Pills.
