The Effect Survey of Combing Omeprazle Tabets and Ranitidine Injection for Treat ing Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Purpose To observe the efficacy of combing omeprazole tabets with ranid ine injectoin for treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 59 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly devided into two groups.There were 29 cases in treatment group which were treated with omeprazole tabets and ranitidine injection,and 30 cases in control group which were treated with om eprazole injection.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.1 %,and the total effective rate in control groud was 93.3 %,the total effective rate in the two groups was almost the same rate,the was no deference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of combining omeprazole tabets and ranitidine injection for treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding is notable.Its price is low.Its side effect is few.
