Efficacy and safety of reptilase combined with omeprazole treatment for hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of reptilase combined with omeprazole on hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 64 cases of hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases each group.The two groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.The patients of control group were given cimetidine + PAMBA intravenous infusion therapy and the patients of observation group were given batroxobin intravenous + omeprazole intravenous injection treatment,to observe and compare the effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of control group was 82.98% and it was 95.74% of observation group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 19.15% in control group and 2.13% in observation group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Reptilase combined with omeprazole on hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has remarkable curative effect,it is safe and reliable.
