Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effects of Pantoprazol for injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and then probe into its safety as well.Method: A total of 159 cases patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were at randomly divided into observation group of 86 cases and control group of 73 cases. The intravenous drip of pantoprazol of 40mg was carried out in the observation group, twice and 3 days for a course of treatment. In the control group, the intravenous drip of Ranitidine of 100 mg was performed, twice a day and 3 days for a course of treatment.Simultaneously, the Etamsylate,Reptilase and vitamin K3 were respectively used in two groups. The 36-hour and 72-hour's improvement of clinical symptoms and bleeding-stanched situation under gastroscope were respectively observed in two groups.Result: The effective rates of observation group and control group was respectively 46.51% and 26.03% and the total effective rates were 95.35% respectively and 69.87%.The curative effects of observation group was better than that in control group, whose differences had statistic significance(P0.05).Conclusion: It is effective with slight harmful reaction that the upper gastrointestinal bleeding is treated by the Pantoprazol for injection.
