Abstract

Based on the background and connotation of Non - Place Theory, this paper studies the impact on the urban development, discusses the basic concept and condition of the metropolitan region. Then, takes Xuzhou as an example, analyses its condition and problems. At last, suggests the spatial organization and development strategy of Xuzhou metropolitan region.
