Abstract
A quantitative analysis method for determining cytosinpeptidemycin was established by HPLC via optimization of detecting wavelength, mobile phase composition, flow rate and column temperature. The results indicated that when detecting wavelength was 250 nm,a 4:96 mixture of methanol and water was used as mobile phase, flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,and column temperature was 30 °c,the separation effect for cytosinpeptidemycin and the wave shape were the best, and the preserving time was relatively suitable;there was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01~2.0 mg/L.Therefore,this method is simple and quick, and the testing result is stable and accurate.
