Abstract

A method was developed for the quantitative determination of SYP-11277 by reversed phase HPLC.[Methods] The sample was separated on a diamocil C18 column at the temperature of 30 °C with the elution of acetonitrile and water(80:20,by vol) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.[Results] The assay exhibited a good linearity, the average recovery was 99.9%,and the standard deviation was 0.13.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenience, fast speed, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
