Abstract
A method for quantitative analysis of fungicide jingangmycin A was developed by a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph on a Venusil HILIC column by a linear gradient elution of different ratio of aceto-nitrile/water by volume as mobile phase with 1.0 mL/min flow ratio and UV detection at 210 nm. The standard derivation was 0.24,coefficient of variation was 0.42%,recovery was 96.5 to 101.8%,and the liner correlation coefficient was 0.998 7. The method was proved to be simple, quick, accurate and precise to quantitative measure for jingangmycin A.
