Abstract

Double-quality teaching staff in medical higher vocational colleges is the organic combination of teachers and clinical workers on the basis of theory and practice,which is the important section in medical higher vocational education.However,there exist many problems in the teaching staff's construction.It should begin from adjusting the structure of teaching staff,and strengthening system construction to reinforce the construction of double-quality teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
