Analysis on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Education

This article explains construction of current teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,points out the main problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward pertinently some suggestions.The author thinks that the number of teaching staff is not enough,therefore teacher development planning and policies and measures of perfect and?stable teaching staff should be worked out.And teaching staff quality in higher vocational education should be promoted,as it is not high.The teaching staff should be optimized structure and construction of Bi-Professional teaching staff should be strengthened,because of unreasonable structure of teaching staff.What's more ideological and moral education of teaching staff themselves should be strengthened.
