Abstract

The current situation and rapid development of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges leads to an increasingly fierce competition among them.The quality of education depends on staff proficiency.The paper,beginning from the analysis of the status quo of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the measures of strengthening the staff construction in higher vocational colleges.
