Abstract
Genomic DNA of Mangifera indica L. was extracted by means of four different methods of SDS, improved SDS, CTAB and modified CTAB.The extraction DNA quality of these methods has been compared. The result showed that modified CTAB method could get rid of secondary substances such as hydroxybenzene and polysaccharides from the solution, and the DNA sample obtained by this method got the highest purity (OD260/OD280 = 1-89) and concentration (767.2 ng /μl) in the four methods.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
