Abstract
Objective:To investigate implication of co expression of p170 protein and lung resistance protein (LRP) in 43 patients with acute leukemia.Methods:27 untreated and 16 relapsed patients with acute leukemia were elected, and co expression of p170 and LRP was detected by peroxide marked with streptomycin and developed with substance.Results:11 patients (2 patients with untreated acute leukemia and 9 with relapsed acute leukemia) were co expression of p170 and LRP and had poor remission ratio .There was statistical significance to make a comparison with another group (p170 or LRP) ( P 0.05).Conclusion:Co expression of p170 and LRP was associated with drug resistance and recurrence in acute leukemia. It was clinically valuable, two more than only one protein.
