Abstract

Legal supervision regulated by our country's constitution is one of the legal systems.As a legal term,legal supervision has its own unique character.For the improvement of legal system,legal supervision has its own reason and reality for existing.Legal supervision,as the guarantee of civil rights is a system designet for the guarantee of livil rights in China of confining powers.
