Abstract
Legal supervision,which was first proposed by Organic Law of the People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China in 1979 and fixed by Constitution of the People’s Republic of China in 1982,is one of the most important affairs in our nation’s legislation history.But for various reasons,the signifi-cance of legal supervision haven’t received enough attention,this leads to the delay in the research on legal supervision’s basic theory and system.Under today’s new historical circumstances,we should not only fur-ther the research on legal supervision theory,but also promote the legislation about legal supervision.With-out the law velated,legal supervision will be neither reasonable nor practical.
