To tighten the Government Legal Supervision Necessary

Abstract
The govermnent's legal supervision is an important component of China's supervisory system,the objective repuirement of ruling the country by law and improving socialist democracy and the legal system,and the inevitable repuirement of making transition form an unlimited government to a limited one.It also provides a powerful guarantee for preventing the government from exercising its power wrongly and for protecting the legal rights of citizens.With a view to promoting the government's legal supervision,we should tighten supervision over rules,regulations and administrative enforcement.It is a must to exercise power according to law in every administrative link.
