Power will lead to abusing and acting inevitably if it isn't restricted.That's also the case for the detection authority,the trial authority.The procuratorial organ has native supervision,so it is the national legal supervision organ.It supervises all kinds of lawsuit activity.The procuratorial organs of China and Vietnam are all the national special legal supervision organ.They fulfill the legal supervision funtion,but it is actually far from in the naterial rights and scope.In order to control power to ensure human rights,to vindicate the judicial impartialty,and to maintain the social and public profits,we should borrow the legal supervision measure of Vietnam.What we do can make the legal supervision system more perfect.
