Therapeutic Effect of Ivermectin Injection and Pour-sprinkling Preparation on Deworming Intestinal Nematodes in Tibetan Dog

Abstract

The ivermectin injection and pour-sprinkling preparation were used to deworm the intestinal nematodes in Tibetan dog and the therapeutic effect of them was examined by the method of check feces.The results showed that the negative rate and reductive rate of ivermectin injection in a dose of 0.2mg/kg were all 100.0% and the ones of ivermectin pour-sprinkling preparation in a dose of 0.5 mg/kg were all 100.0%.
