Abstract
Aminosulfonic Acid is a good catalyst on the esterification reaction of butyl butyrate. The suitable conditions have been found. The optimum condition is selected as following :The weight of catalyst is 0.2?g/0.1?mol butylatic acid, the mole ratio of acid to alchol is 1∶2.0 and the reaction time is 1.5?h. The esterification of butylatic acid is about 97.65%.Experimental results showed that sodinm hydrogen sulphate is a good catalyst of the esterification reaction, with high catalytic activity, the little amount is used, the good esterification, little waste is discarged. It is very valuable in practice.
