On the Legal Status of Homosexual Marriage

With the deep research on the homosexual phenomenon of medicine,ethics and sociology,the global movement of legal protection of homosexuals rights are flourishing.Same-sex marriage and heterosexual marriage exists in many different forms and functions,which should be treated differently.Learning from other countries' legislative mode in the world,combined with China's specific conditions, the legislative proposals of protecting the rights of homosexuals are put forward in this article.
