Abstract

Homosexual marriage has been acknowledged by some countries in the world.How to investigate into its rationality in theory? In pursuit of freedom,equality of rights,with the evidence of medical and biological research showing that homosexuality is not morbidity,with people's increased tolerance of homosexuality,we should positively think over the marriage rights of homosexuals.
