The Overview and Inspirations of the Homosexual Marriage Legislation of the United States——Also on the Idea of Homosexual Marriage Legislation of China in the Future

From the foundation of the United States to the present,there are three legislation stages on homosexual marriage: negation,toleration and dialogue.This trend in the legislative process gives us a lesson: democracy and equality is not God's natural look,but fought by vast numbers of citizens;freedom and equality is hard-won,and it's even more difficult from ought-to-be to what-it-is in law.It's not easy to change the culture core system of a society,reform and development must be gradual,etc.The idea of homosexual marriage legislation of China in the future can be set to three stages:to formulate the law of the Protection of Rights and Interests of homosexuals,to formulate administrative rules and regulations for homosexuals,and to put homosexual marriage into the marriage law and clearly enjoy the same rights with the heterosexual marriage.
