Abstract

The critical issue that the homosexuals face in nowadays China is not the issue of same-sex marriage,but heterosexual marriage.Emphasizing on gender equality,love base by partner marriage constitutes a lash to the traditional marriage.This,on the one hand,relegates the function of breeding and promotes the desire of same-sex marriage;on the other hand,raises the cost of homosexuals in heterosexual marriage.Actually,it is dangerous for marriage as a social system to be built on love,and not practical in possibility.
