Plus Misoprostol Induced Abortion to Terminate Pregnancy

Objective To study the induced abortion before and after the termination of early pregnancy sublingual misoprostol clinical results.Methods 8～10 weeks of pregnancy needed to end the pregnancy and requested induced abortion in 93 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into Group A(47 patients) and control group(46 cases),the former in the use of propofol with fentanyl induced abortion after the first half hour of sublingual misoprostol were 0.4 mg,which did not misoprostol.Patients were observed in cervical dilatation and relaxation,contraction rate,blood loss and postoperative bleeding time.Results There was no difference in cervical dilatation and relaxation;observation group contractions were much higher than the control group(P0.05);and easy surgical procedure,blood loss,postoperative bleeding time were significantly smaller than or shorter than the control group(P0.01 and 0.05).Conclusion The induced abortion before and after sublingual misoprostol could increase contraction of the uterus,surgery should be easy to operate,less bleeding,vaginal bleeding after a short time,might be worthy of clinical application.
