Abstract

Objective To learn about the utilization and satisfaction ion community-based health services among residents in Nanchang.Method Applying the stratified sampling method.Results 75.2 percent of residents visiting community health faciltiy for medical treatment;over 95% residents expressing the satisfaction for time to wait,facility surroundings,service attitude,instruments equipments,and communication exchange respectively;the satisfaction rates for the service price and the medicine price reaching above 85%;46.8% residents thinking the facilities keep their confidentiality,and 48.2% people not caring about it;and the community centers being better than community stations in keeping clients’ confidentiality significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Community-based health services in Nanchang still have space to improve further and the policy-makers should take the measures to respond to the residents’ feedback on utilization and satisfaction.
