Community health service satisfaction survey and evaluation of Urumqi city residents

Abstract

Objective To understand the overall situation of Urumqi residents' utilization of the community health service and satisfaction degree,then we have a preliminary analysis of community health service problems and the influencing factors.Methods The community health service satisfaction survey designed on our own was randomly carried out among 600 residents from six communities.Results the main reasons that the residents choose community health service institutions werebeing convenientandshorter waiting time.Community health record filing rate(38.3% )did not reach the required proportion.The health education seminars participation rate(23.7% )was low.(2) residents' overall satisfaction of the community health service institutions was 85.0% .96.5 percent and 96.8 percent respectively went to satisfaction degree in treatment convenience and waiting time;Satisfaction degree in the equipment,medical technology and drug prices were 64.2% ,69.4% and 62.9% .(3)residents' satisfaction of the community health service stations in the treatment environment,service prices,drug prices were lower than that of the satisfaction of community health service centers.(4) residents' overall satisfaction on community health service institutions organized by social forces was lower than that of the government-run community health services in the service prices,drug prices,medical technology,but serving manners in community health service institutions are better than those in government-organized community health service institutions.Conclusion strengthen the connotation construction of community health service institutions,and promote the sustainable development of community health services.
