Clinical observation of surgery combined with Rupisanjie capsule treatment for hyperplasia of breast nodules

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgery combined with rupisanjiejiaonang capsule for hyperplasia of breast nodules.Methods One hundred and eighteen cases of hyperplasia of breast nodules from June 2008 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 59) and control group(n = 59).Two groups were all received the conventional surgery.Observation group were gived Rupisanjie capsule oral treatment as a course of 45 days.The clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 91.5%,and that in control group was 66.1%,there was a statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Constipation in 2 cases,one case of nausea occurred in observation group.There was no other serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion Surgery combined with rupisanjiejiaonang capsule is effective for hyperplasia of breast nodules with less side effects,it's worthy of clinical promotion.
