Clinical effects of different treatment methods on cystic hyperplasia of breast

Objective To observe the clinical effects of different treatment methods on cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods Two hundred and thirty-five patients with cystic hyperplasia of breast were randomly divided into Rujiling capsule group(n=129)and Rukuaixiao capsule group(n=106).The Rujiling capsule group was further divided into group A(n=63)and group B(n=66).The patients of group A were orally treated with Rujiling capsule daily except during the menstruation.The patients in group B were treated with Rujiling capsule for two weeks before the menstruation,and stop taking medicine during the menstruation.All the patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Results The effective rate of Rujiling capsule(79.8%)was significantly higher than that of Rukuaixiao capsule group(49.1%).No statistic differences in effective rate were observed between group A and group B.Conclusion Treatment effects of Rujiling capsule on cystic hyperplasia of breast is significantly superior to that of Rukuaixiao capsule.No significant differences were observed on effects between different treatment measures of Rujiling capsule(drug administrated for two weeks before the menstruation or continuously).
