The clinical effect observation of Xiaojiean capsule in treatment of mammoplasia in 114 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojiean capsule in treating mammoplasia. Methods 114 cases with mammoplasia were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 57 cases.The observation group was given Xiaojiean capsule for oral,the control group was given tamox- ifen citrate tablets for oral.All patients took medicine three months continuously. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.0%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.7%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.01);the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups was compared,there was statistical difference(P0.01). Conclusion Xiaojiean capsule has obvious therapeutic effect,less side effects in treating mammo- plasia,and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
