Analysis of the College Graduates' Employment in the Financial Crisis and its Countermeasures Research

College graduates' employment has always been generally corcerned by all circles in the society,which is not only directly related to the country's economic construction,social stability and people's fundamental interests,but also related to higher education's sustained,rapid and sound development.Since the global financial crisis broke out,College graduates' employment has been seriously challenged.At present,for the college employment department,it is the primary task to handle the graduates' employment trend,to analyse the employment situation,and to study the employment countermeasure. Besides a brief introduction on the trend about 2009 graduate's employment,this paper has also treated the employment countermeasure in the current situation,which will give counsel to the college employment departments.
